Perfect Brunch Bros was founded by Chef Velman Miranda, his brother Wilson Miranda, and Rosbelinda Matias with a vision of creating restaurants that celebrate family, culture, and hospitality. Born and raised in Guatemala, Velman moved to the United States at the age of 14 with a dream of building a better future through hard work and determination. His culinary journey began in restaurant kitchens, where he discovered a passion for cooking and hospitality that would eventually shape his career.

Through years of dedication, training, and experience, Velman developed a unique culinary style that blends traditional Guatemalan flavors with modern techniques and global influences. Together, the family transformed that passion into a growing restaurant group built on quality, authenticity, and community.

Today, the Miranda family proudly owns and operates Perfect Brunch Bros, Tikal Sabor Chapin, and PBB Thai Kitchen. Each concept reflects a different part of their journey, offering guests memorable experiences inspired by the cultures, flavors, and traditions that have shaped their lives.
